Requirements Here is what we are looking for.
- At least 5 years of residential HVAC Service Technician experience
- Individuals who want to earn top pay
- Individuals who are honest, motivated, and easy to work with
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- A clean background
- EPA Certification, NATE Certification a plus
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English, fluency in a 2nd language a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted or 100 pounds team lifting.
- Ability to access both attics and crawl spaces
